- Demonstrate excellent language skills in English for effective communication with customers in the USA.
- Work comfortably in a flexible timing environment, rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Understand and implement reporting and performance tracking systems.
- Leverage sales and marketing expertise to drive business growth.
- Utilize platforms like Shopify, Slack, Gorgias, and Google Voice to provide exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of automobiles/cars
- Comfortable working in a flexible environment
- Understanding of reporting and performance tracking
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in multiple platforms
