Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Propstar Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, communicating with them professionally in English, and working to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Identification: Identify client needs through professional communication in English.
  2. Time Zone Adjustment: Work effectively within the US time zone (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Karachi).
  3. Outreach Activities: Engage in outbound calls and cold calling to establish new connections.
  4. Product Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with our company's products and services to provide informed solutions.
  5. Lead Conversion: Work on provided leads to meet set targets.
  6. Relationship Maintenance: Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients and build rapport.
  7. Client Support: Assist in managing both new and existing clients.
  8. Solution Suggestion: Recommend upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients.
  9. Customer Care: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth phone communications.
  10. New Client Acquisition: Acquire new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education: Graduate/High School/A-Level and O-Level education.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
  3. Phone Manners: Presentation over the phone is a must.
  4. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Professional Experience: Experience in sales/customer service is preferred.
  6. Candidate Eligibility: Freshers with similar skills are encouraged to apply.
  7. Work Schedule and Benefits: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday off. Free pick-up and drop-off facility for females. Complimentary training upon selection.
