Product Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing digital products, preferably in complex B2B or operational environments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • User-Centric Design: Design user-centric logistics workflows across web and mobile platforms, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and usability for operational users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to define user problems, translate them into design solutions, and ship impactful features.
  • Visual Communication: Create compelling visual artifacts to communicate design intent, including user flows, mockups, clickable prototypes, one-pagers, and internal/external presentations.
  • Product Marketing: Contribute to product marketing efforts by designing product visuals, launch collateral, and visual documentation that help communicate product value and usability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Digital Product Experience: 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in complex B2B or operational environments.
  • Succesful Applications: Have a minimum of 2 successful mobile/web applications, currently in operation.
  • Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools for wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and design system creation.
  • Graphic Design: Strong graphic design abilities – can create polished one-pagers, feature visuals, slide decks, product collaterals and custom graphics using tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva.
