Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Check ship dates on orders by contacting vendors as necessary.
  • Respond to customer chats in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Track packages and resolve any issues related to package delivery.
  • Enter replacement orders as needed.
  • Provide quality and efficient customer service to customers both internal and external.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills.
