Creator Growth Strategist


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced creator partnerships professional to join our fast-growing team. This role will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of influencers and content creators across multiple platforms.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to recruit new creators and partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with key creators and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns for creators.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • Proven track record of closing creator deals and driving growth.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with affiliate or revenue-share programs.
  • Knowledge of attribution tools, UTMs, and creator analytics platforms.
