
Analytical Expert for Seamless Customer Journey

As a Product Experience Analyst, you will bridge the gap between customers and various departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Your role will be pivotal in defining, shaping, and implementing a comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) strategy that encompasses all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the intermediary between customers and different departments to foster a unified customer journey
- Develop and implement a cohesive CX strategy that covers all touchpoints with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, products, and technology for enhanced customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain adherence to our human-centered approach and brand values throughout customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated empathy and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments
- Flexibility to work in non-traditional shifts following EST time zone
