Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone or email* Provide exceptional customer service and support* Work collaboratively as part of a team* Meet performance targets and exceed expectations* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training opportunities* Participate in ongoing coaching and development activities* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures* Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills* Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain a positive attitude under pressure* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems* Flexible to work night shifts on a permanent basis* Dependable and able to meet performance targets
