OverviewAs a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with the management team and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management team to identify market trends and evaluate potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new profitable business opportunities.
- Lead a team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Create proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding presentations to capture profitable business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/business development.
- Proven track record of developing new businesses.
- Excellent client connection and client services skills.
- Strong responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
- Fluent in English and Urdu language.
