Job Title: Business Development Manager - Building Revenue Growth

OverviewAs a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with the management team and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the management team to identify market trends and evaluate potential clients.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  3. Identify and pursue new profitable business opportunities.
  4. Lead a team to achieve individual and team targets.
  5. Create proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  6. Deliver outstanding presentations to capture profitable business opportunities.
  7. Maintain strong client relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales/business development.
  • Proven track record of developing new businesses.
  • Excellent client connection and client services skills.
  • Strong responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu language.
