Digital Marketing Manager Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth for an ecommerce website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic digital marketing plan that includes SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead the ecommerce marketing team and provide guidance and support to achieve their goals.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of team members to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Skill Requirements
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising, meta ads, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
