Job Title: Human Resource Associate
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to provide general human resources support to our organization.
About the RoleThis position will work closely with programme staff and operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative coordination in contract extensions, benefits, allowances, entitlements, and UNLP renewals;
- Input and track transactions related to positions, recruitment, benefits, earnings/deductions, retroactivities, recoveries, adjustments, and separations through Atlas software;
- Maintain leave management records and staffing lists;
- Process payments for consultants and third-party contractors;
- Facilitate staff separation processes and vendor creation/updating in ATLAS system;
- Induct new hires and follow-up on performance management documents;
- Produce reports and maintain attendance registers;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Public Administration;
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in office administration and/or human resource management;
- Proficiency in computer software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel) and web-based management systems;
- Fluency in English language is required.
