We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Admin professional to lead our human resources and administrative activities.
As the key contact for all HR-related matters, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
- Manage employee relations by establishing and maintaining open communication channels, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and training processes to ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization.
- Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, recommending changes to management as needed.
This role requires a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
