Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding team members, ensuring effective communication, and promoting customer insight to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Manager, you will:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have 7-8 years of experience in a similar capacity. Previous experience in a customer support and sales support role is also required. You should possess strong telephone and interpersonal contact capabilities, along with good listening skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
