Job Overview

Milele Motors FZE seeks an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Dubai-based Admin department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage online visa applications, renewals, and updates through designated portals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and handle procurement requests, preparing Excel sheets and purchase orders (POs) for utility payments.
  • Monitor and ensure timely payment of utilities, tracking all trade-related activities through the Dubai Trade portal.
  • Conduct market research to source quotes from various vendors, providing regular reports and updates based on findings.
  • Assist with other remote tasks as required by the Dubai-based Admin department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is AED 8,500 - 10,000 per month, depending on experience.
