Administrative Support Specialist to Chief Executive Officer

At Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd., we're seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our Chief Executive Officer.
Job Summary:
- This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience, proficiency in managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and performing various other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in executive administration or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at PKR 900,000 - PKR 1,200,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. This compensation package reflects the level of expertise and skills required to excel in this role. The salary range is subject to finalization upon review of the selected candidate's profile and experience.
