Your RoleAs an Outbound SMB Segment Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Sales Team through effective prospecting, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
You will be expected to possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, technical comprehension, product expertise, business acumen, and overall industry knowledge.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment
- Conducting needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Providing customized demonstrations of the RepairDesk's product offering to prospects
- Thoroughly understanding all aspects of the RepairDesk products to explain the technology to all types of users
- Working in partnership with SDRs, CSMs, Support, and other relevant departments to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets while adhering to CRM practices and maintaining hygiene.
- FOLLOWING THE SALES PROCESS AND ABIDING BY THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT.
