E-commerce Marketing Leader

We're looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our e-commerce growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performance marketing team across content, performance, and creative functions.
  • Strategy Ownership: Plan and execute 360° marketing strategies for brand visibility, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and manage performance campaigns and ensure ROI targets are met.

  • Cross-Function Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and operations to align marketing with business goals.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns based on real-time insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and full accountability.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns while leading a team.
  • Growth-focused with a clear bias toward action.
  • Deeply familiar with ecommerce funnels, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, and retention metrics.
