Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage daily orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate inventory procurement from various websites to meet customer demand.
  • Communicate effectively with our US warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Manage and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with order management, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • No previous experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
