Chief Finance Specialist

Required: Master's degree in finance or accounting, CA or CPA accredited.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial operations and accounting functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and tax legislations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, and follow up on recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality financial services meeting customer satisfaction and internal control procedures.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and variances analysis.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff to ensure optimal financial support.
- Coordinate financial activities with CG centers/partners.
- Review partner/collaborator funds disbursements and utilization reports.
- Monitor annual physical inventory for fixed assets and equipment.
- Manage fund requirements for projects, including cash flow reporting and requests.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven supervisory, analytical, and accuracy skills.
- 5-7 years working experience in a similar job.
- NGO/INGO/International Organization working experience is preferred.
- Strong English language communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
