Main Objectives:

  1. Build relationships with prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Promote Shine Plus's capabilities to current and prospective clients through networking and relationship-building.
  3. Maintain an updated list of potential customers and stay informed about market trends.
  4. Stay well-versed on Shine Plus's products and services.
  5. Work with senior leaders to create business growth plans that meet revenue objectives.
  6. Determine profitable business opportunities and secure successful deals.
  7. Coordinate client meetings between senior leadership and potential clients.
  8. Support senior management in preparing customized business proposals.
  9. Deliver regular reports detailing business development results and progress against key performance indicators.
  10. Comply with established standards for engaging with customers.
  11. Collaborate with technical teams to offer high-quality support and post-delivery services to clients.
