About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to fill the position of Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all incoming calls, emails, and chats, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with high first-call resolution rates and adherence to defined call resolution times.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy, striving to resolve issues efficiently and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Document technical issues and assist customers with product-related challenges, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary, while keeping customers informed.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) with relevant fields such as BBA/BBIT, BCom (H), BSc/BS (H), or BCom/BA.
- At least 1.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
