Job Overview

This role focuses on inspection, monitoring, quality assurance, and reporting using relevant civil engineering standards and tools.

  • Lead the construction and supervision of dams and hydropower projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. Bachelors in Civil Engineering).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction and supervision of dams, hydropower projects, or similar infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for design, project management, and reporting (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
