Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative

This is a cold-calling full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for prospecting new business, making outbound/inbound calls, and demoing our product line to prospective organizations.

You will survey prospects to understand their pain points and align those needs with our solution. Your goal is to educate decision makers or the point of contact about our product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us as their vendor.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate forecasts for revenue.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and monthly quotas.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of outbound/inbound sales experience, preferably with international clients (US/Canada/UK).
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting and demonstrations to closing.
  • Must be a self-starter who empowers themselves and others to learn in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey key value propositions and quickly manage objections.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, competitive environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Dialers, MS Office tools, and general technical aptitude preferred.
