Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our management team to identify and evaluate new market opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our management team to assess new market opportunities and develop comprehensive sales strategies
  • Lead the team in achieving individual and collective sales targets
  • Identify and evaluate specific business opportunities that align with our company goals
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of developing new businesses and growing revenue streams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong client connection and client services skills
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required
