Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Classifieds Platform Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new product offerings and enhance existing ones to boost performance.
- User Experience Improvement: Lead continuous platform improvements to build a world-class buyer and seller experience.
- Sales Team Leadership: Manage and motivate professionals across Pakistan, including inside sales, dealer sales, and operations teams.
- Market Research Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the classifieds and automotive industries.
- KPI Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators for consistent performance monitoring and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: 8–10 years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing sales, business management, operations, or a related domain.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strategic thinking, team leadership, and business development skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce, classifieds platforms, or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Team Management: Ability to manage cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
