Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Analyze skill gaps and identify future learning needs.
- Develop and deliver leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective course creation, user tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of learning with strategic priorities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using qualitative methods.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS administration.
