We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Real Estate Investment Specialist. This role involves generating revenue from investors by promoting real estate assets in Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract high net worth individuals and institutional clients to invest in the Saudi Arabian real estate market. They will also be expected to attend and conduct roadshows, conferences, investment events, and expos to present available real estate assets for purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Farming leads: Generate leads of high net worth individuals in their country of operation, following the standard lead management process, qualifying, maturing, and closing deals for willing buyers.
  • Building partnerships: Seek key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to get a steady stream of potential buyers.
  • Attend/conduct real estate and investment events: Consistently look for events in their base countries where investors come to seek investment opportunities, and coordinate with Headquarters in Saudi Arabia to conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences.
  • End-to-end investment advisory: Provide end-to-end real estate investment advice to clients in their country of operation, managing a seamless experience of investing in Saudi Arabia and consulting on exit strategies if needed.
  • Special projects: As the resident representative of Bayut, they will be responsible for working on special projects assigned by the line, including commercial, regulatory, and financial areas.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of sales or partnership management experience.
  • Proven commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven track record of working with high net worth clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues.
  • Deep understanding of market services and products.
  • Understanding of real estate sales.
  • Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong team orientation, communication, creative, and analytical skills.
