We are seeking an experienced and friendly Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional customer service at our main entrance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing them to the correct location, and handling queries from the public and customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet persons entering the organization
  • Direct persons to the correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. They will also be required to maintain accurate records of all walk-in customers and mail deliveries.

Requirements:
  1. Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience
  2. Bachelor's Degree
  3. Proven work experience as a receptionist
