\Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Main Office Administrator. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage reception/phone calls, ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.\
- Meet and greet visitors, directing them to the relevant personnel and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.\
- Provide accurate information about our services and products to clients and visitors.\
- Scan and store company documents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.\
- Maintain attendance and leave records of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR regulations.\
- Attend to employee queries in a positive and supportive manner.\
- Assist in overall office administration, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.\
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining a secure and efficient postal system.\
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and maintain a high level of productivity.\
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes, adhering to security protocols.
