Financial Operations Manager (Odoo ERP Expert)

Evergreen Renewable Energy is seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance with local standards.

  • The selected candidate will manage all accounting functions using Odoo ERP, including daily financial entries, reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting.
  • They will prepare, review, and analyze accurate financial statements in accordance with Pakistani regulations.
  • Budgeting and forecasting will be handled through data extracted from Odoo ERP, with the ability to identify areas for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Odoo ERP Accounting: Responsible for managing daily financial entries, reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting through Odoo.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze accurate financial statements in compliance with local standards.
  3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning and budget control using data extracted from Odoo ERP.
  4. Ledger & Transactions: Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable.
  5. Tax Compliance: Ensure proper tax documentation and coordinate returns in line with Pakistani tax laws.
  6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow.
  7. Audit Preparation: Support both internal and external audit processes with required documentation.
  8. Process Optimization: Identify areas for financial and ERP process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of hands-on Odoo ERP Accounting Software experience
  • B. Com, MBA (Finance), or CMA (ICMAP) qualification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in Pakistan
  • Proficient in MS Excel and general accounting software
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
