IT Service Management and Business Continuity Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our IT service management and business continuity efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and business continuity management systems, with expertise in implementing robust frameworks like ITIL.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on best practices, guiding organizations in enhancing their IT service delivery and business resilience. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT service management frameworks aligned with ITIL standards, as well as conducting service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
The IT service management expert will develop and refine IT service management policies, procedures, and processes, including incident, problem, change, release, and service level management. They will provide support for ISO 20000 certification audits, assist in the selection and implementation of IT service management tools, and provide training and awareness programs to clients on IT service management best practices.
The business continuity management expert will design, implement, and maintain business continuity management frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 standards. They will conduct business impact analysis to assess critical business functions and dependencies, develop business continuity plans, disaster recovery strategies, and response procedures. The expert will ensure business continuity integration with IT service management processes, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
The selected candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will be able to analyze complex problems, identify creative solutions, and provide effective guidance to clients.
