Administrative and Accounting Services Manager

We are seeking a reliable individual to fill our Financial Administrator and Administrative Assistant role. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This role offers an opportunity for individuals with a background in finance or administration to apply their skills in a dynamic environment.
Main Tasks:- Maintaining accurate financial records through general ledger account reconciliation.
- Supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
- Entering financial transactions into the ERP system and maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
- Providing general office administration, including handling office supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
- Assisting various teams as needed, ensuring efficient operations across departments.
