Business Intelligence Developer

You will support client engagement by analyzing business goals, defining and executing strategies to achieve success.

Using Microsoft Office tools, research skills, and effective communication, you will deliver projects through data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.

Maintaining sharp attention to detail is essential in this role. You will interact with subject matter experts, including thought leaders and executives in various markets, who have an interest or proven track record in helping companies meet their objectives.

We are seeking fresh graduates or currently unemployed candidates with one to five years of experience preferred. A Bachelor's Degree and understanding of financial and healthcare issues are necessary qualifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Business / QA / Data analysis and development support and interpretation of findings.
  • Participating as a cooperative team member in projects involving other associates at the firm.
  • Utilizing exceptional organization and planning skills, being highly detail-orientated and analytical.
  • Working through barriers and time zones to execution.
  • Manage competing priorities and multiple work streams.
  • Be intellectually curious and committed to enabling business growth.
  • Have a strong orientation toward professional development.
  • Perform detailed analysis, document business functional and non-functional requirements, and evaluate system impact.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring successful delivery and support of corporate applications.
  • Create and maintain requirements and user stories in JIRA.
  • Utilize Power Point, Visio, and prototyping tools for creating UI mockups.
