  4. Collaborate with the planning team to introduce new products and services.

Leadership and Team Management:
  1. Foster a collaborative environment through regular team meetings and feedback sessions.
  2. Develop and implement talent management strategies to optimize team performance.
  3. Ensure all customer queries are resolved within an 8-hour turnaround time.

Performance Metrics:
  1. Meet or exceed profit margin commitments outlined in the quarterly budget.
  2. Maintain a minimum profit margin of 35% for live courses or achieve budgeted profit targets.
  3. Sustain a quarterly customer satisfaction rate of 80%.
