We are seeking an exceptional business leader to join our team at Freelancerprox. As a Business Head, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and team management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and quarterly targets.
- Maintain market competitiveness by analyzing competitor pricing and adjusting our approach accordingly.
- Implement operational improvements and cost reduction measures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with the planning team to introduce new products and services.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Foster a collaborative environment through regular team meetings and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to optimize team performance.
- Ensure all customer queries are resolved within an 8-hour turnaround time.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed profit margin commitments outlined in the quarterly budget.
- Maintain a minimum profit margin of 35% for live courses or achieve budgeted profit targets.
- Sustain a quarterly customer satisfaction rate of 80%.
