We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to support the delivery of high-quality services based on industry best practices.

  • Implement and maintain IT Service Management Systems (ITSM) aligned with ISO 20000 standards and ITIL framework principles.

This role involves assisting in service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements. You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining ITSM policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support internal audits and assist clients in preparing for external certification audits.
  • Develop and implement efficient ITSM processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ISO 20000 Foundation, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ITSM or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
