Event Security Specialist
  • Security Operations for Large Events

Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols for large-scale events, including risk assessment, threat mitigation, and crisis management strategies.

Collaborate with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies to ensure secure movement and accommodation of high-profile guests.

  • Strategic Risk Assessment and Threat Mitigation

Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities for events and officials, developing effective mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize their impact.

Formulate emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and crisis management strategies to ensure timely and effective response in case of an incident.

Conduct regular risk assessments and provide regular security briefings and reports to stakeholders.

  • Liaison and Coordination

Establish and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies, ensuring seamless coordination and information sharing to support event security objectives.

Provide training and guidance to security personnel on crisis management, emergency response, and communication protocols.

  • Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor real-time security conditions during events, providing timely updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Prepare post-event security evaluation reports to identify areas for improvement and enhance future security measures.

Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of handling high-profile events involving diplomats and dignitaries.

Strong knowledge of security protocols, threat assessment, and crisis management, with certification in Security Management (e.g., CPP, PSP) being an added advantage.

Excellent communication and liaison skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage large security teams effectively.
