Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled production supervisor to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and estimating budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
  • They will also ensure that health and safety regulations are met, determine quality control standards, and negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary.
  • Additionally, the production supervisor will select, order, and purchase materials, organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, and supervise junior staff.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as technical skills, organization and efficiency, IT and numerical skills, and the ability to handle responsibility and meet deadlines.
