We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading property sales teams, identifying business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate property sales teams to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and tactics to drive business growth
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
