Product Innovation Lead

Spearhead product development and innovation to drive business growth. As a senior product manager, you will define strategies for deposit products and propositions that align with the organization's goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deposit Product Strategy: Develop new deposit products or enhance existing ones to improve customer value and profitability.
  • Customer Experience & Engagement: Ensure deposit products meet customer needs and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Enhance Customer Value Proposition (CVP): Design and refine CVPs for different customer segments through product bundling.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure deposit products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to benchmark against competitors.
Key Result Areas:
  • Launch of Segmental CVPs: Launch Retailers, Freelancers, Schools, Software house, Agri, Women entrepreneurs CVPs.
  • Driving customer growth through engagement: Handhold consumer journey from acquisition to retention and growth.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is required. At least 8 years of product, portfolio, and lifecycle management experience are necessary.
