About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting our human resources department with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations and exceptional support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes for seamless integration into the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records, upholding confidentiality and precision.
• Process payroll and benefits administration efficiently, addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting best practices throughout the company.
• Provide timely assistance to employees, handling inquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and contributing to development plans.
• Support strategic HR projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
• Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, providing insights that inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Participate actively in meetings, contributing valuable insights and ideas on HR and operational matters.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by HR Management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR role or a related administrative position is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Work Arrangements:
This role is based in Sector F Dha 1 Rwp, working standard office hours from 10am-7pm. This provides a stable work-life balance and opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic organization.
