We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our finance team's operations.

This pivotal role involves overseeing daily financial functions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies, and driving strategic financial decision-making.

  1. Manage the finance department's day-to-day activities, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  2. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  3. Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  5. Leverage expertise in IFRS, auditing, taxation, and internal controls to drive financial growth.
  6. Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Professional qualifications: CA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent).
  2. Candidates with experience from Big4 accounting firms would be preferred.
  3. Expertise in IFRS, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, taxation, and internal controls.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP S/4HANA.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of financial regulations.
