We are looking for a skilled truck dispatcher to join our team and contribute to our success in the US market. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing truck routes, coordinating with drivers and clients, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate truck routes for drivers across the United States.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and provide real-time updates to drivers and clients.
  • Manage truck availability, scheduling, and optimization of routes for cost efficiency.
  • Handle documentation, including delivery status, driver logs, and compliance paperwork.
  • Work with drivers to resolve issues or delays, ensuring all US industry regulations are followed.
  • Communicate with US-based customers and resolve queries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in logistics operations and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in truck dispatching, particularly for the US market.
  • Familiarity with US trucking regulations, road conditions, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with US-based clients.
  • Previous experience in a call center or dispatching role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
