We are seeking a highly responsive and customer-focused professional to provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will address customer complaints, resolve issues, and deliver accurate product information through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Address customer complaints and work to resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, promotions, and any other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate customer records, inquiries, and feedback within our system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, preparing reports and making recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Intermediate or higher education level.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and goals.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
