Administrative Sales Support Role:

This position entails providing effective administrative support to the sales team by performing a variety of tasks such as documenting and preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to drive sales growth. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system, processing orders and invoices efficiently, and preparing sales reports to track performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document, report, and present information to support sales growth initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Process orders, invoices, and contracts with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Handle client correspondence and follow-up calls to build strong relationships.
  • Schedule meetings, sales calls, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Monitor and pursue sales leads and opportunities to maximize conversions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business administration, sales coordination, cold calling, and tender preparation.
