Client Service Datafeed Specialist Role

The Client Service Datafeed Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access to datasets for clients. This team is responsible for developing custom scripts and collaborating with sales teams to promote product adoption.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Team Manager in prioritizing workflows and meeting/exceeding expectations.
  • Develop best practices for post-sales support, collaborating with Commercial, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Work with management and regional teams to optimize work processes.
  • Reduce outstanding service requests in volume and time.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences during peak periods.
  • Monitor dataset usage proactively through internal tools.
  • Develop basic API integration scripts and guides for common programming languages.
  • Support API and web portal design, and self-service tools.
  • Manage customer issues proactively and serve as the first escalation point.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in application support.
  • Excellent customer support skills, both written and oral.
  • Technical analytical skills, troubleshooting, root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs (HTTP, OData).
