Job Description:

This role is ideal for a skilled Contracts Administrator looking to take their career to the next level. As part of the Procurement Team at Eighteen, you will be responsible for managing overall processes and ensuring seamless contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and purchase contracts according to established procedures.
  • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners.
  • Review and update existing contracts and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Explain contract terms to managers and stakeholders to ensure understanding.
  • Analyze potential risks associated with contract terms to minimize exposure.
  • Stay informed about legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of all contractual obligations, including payments and shipping deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records to facilitate efficient access.
  • Establish language standards for contracts to ensure consistency.
  • Coordinate the procurement process, award contracts, and track contractual performance.
  • Administer technical contracts effectively.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of relevant corporate experience.

Essential Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to contracts.
  • Familiarity with accounting procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Procurement Team and Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation to ensure continuity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address challenges efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail to identify and correct errors promptly.
