Key Role: Business Developer Executive

We are on a mission to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions. We seek an experienced Business Development Executive to help us expand our reach and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong track record of generating revenue through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • A solid understanding of the design and mobile app development industries, including technical concepts and market trends.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and exploring new business opportunities.
  2. Identify potential clients and conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings to pitch our services.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the design and mobile app development industry.
  4. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve team goals.
  5. Utilize platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant sites to source leads and manage projects.
  6. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  7. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, particularly in design and mobile app sales.
  • Solid understanding of the design and mobile app development industries.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
