Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for visiting customers in various industries across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, KPK, and Quetta to offer sales, calibration, repair, and maintenance services for our supplied instruments.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with technical sales experience in related items or those looking to transition into a new role within the analytical sciences or medical capital equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, demonstrations, pre-installation surveys, follow-up, and recovering outstanding payments
  • Ongoing service-related tasks requiring component-level repair and understanding of software

A good understanding of MS Office and Excel is essential for this role. We welcome fresh graduates for trainee positions and experienced graduates for regular positions.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Applied Physics, or Chemistry
  • Own motorcycle and laptop required
  • 4-5 years of experience in repair and maintenance of instruments or sales of similar instruments
  • Pleasant personality, ability to learn, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in service and maintenance of analytical sciences or medical capital equipment; experience with spectrometers, HPLC, or analytical instruments is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
