Regional Sales Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Specialist to join our Middle East Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Fragrance industry and be able to develop business plans targeting strategic customers in Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and defending existing Givaudan business in specific Fragrance Consumer Products segments and establishing and cultivating relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.

This position offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development and is based in Lahore to focus on strategic Northern markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development
    • Develop an understanding of the customer and their brands.
    • Grow and defend existing Givaudan business in specific Fragrance Consumer Products segments.
    • Attract new business by identifying and creating mutual business opportunities.
  2. Positioning Fragrance Solutions
    • Identify value drivers for the customer and promote Givaudan's value proposition by strategically positioning Givaudan products and technologies.
  3. Managing Customer Briefs and Projects
    • Manage customer briefs and proactive innovation and development projects.
    • Use project management skills to motivate and guide others, ensuring overall success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, key account management, business development, marketing, or a techno-commercial role.
  • Good knowledge of customers, competition, and an existing customer network in Pakistan is desirable.
  • A passion and appreciation for the world of Fragrance.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
  • A team player comfortable with diversity.
