Job Overview: We are seeking a Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in your designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in your designated region.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or Administration from a reputed institute.
- Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
- A lot of empowerment will be given in this role hence the resource should be good at accountability, responsibility should have strong bias for action.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- At least 4 years Sales experience with minimum 2 year in FMCG environment.
