Product and Brand Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced product and brand design specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of the digital product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experience and brand perception through your design skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity Development: Create comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, icon sets, typography, and visual guidelines.
  • UI/UX Design: Design seamless, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, translating complex user flows into clean, intuitive designs using Figma.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategy with product goals.
  • Motion Design & Micro-Interactions: Create subtle animations or micro-interactions to elevate the digital experience.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product design and/or brand identity role.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting end-to-end product design for web and mobile, logo system development, and visual brand guideline creation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into polished visual experiences.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working with agile product teams in collaborative design workflows.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail with consistent visual execution.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

A Typical Day in This Role:

  • Reviewing design feedback or syncing with the product team to clarify feature goals.
  • Refining mobile UI layouts, updating brand assets, presenting new iconography, or tweaking interaction flows.
  • Testing prototypes, polishing assets for developers, or brainstorming motion enhancements.

Interview Process:

  1. Initial Phone Interview: Brief call to explore background and goals.
  2. Portfolio Review: Walk-through of selected work focusing on decision-making and results.
  3. Final Interview with Client: Deep dive into expectations, team collaboration, and role fit.
  4. Reference & Background Checks.
